CleaNyan is a game for iPhone. If something is not working, or you have a question or a suggestion, email us and we will reply as soon as we can.
It helps if you tell us your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Requirements
- iPhone with iOS 15 or later
- The game plays in landscape
- Playing alone or against the computer needs no internet connection. Play with friends (online) needs one.
Common questions
How do I see the tutorial again?
Open the menu during a match, choose "More", then "Replay tutorial".
How do I change the sound, haptics or camera shake?
Open the menu during a match. The sliders and switches are on the first page.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device only. Deleting the app deletes your settings and match records, and they cannot be restored.
How do I play with friends?
Tap "Play with friends". One player creates a room and shares the invite code (or taps "Show QR"); the others enter the code or tap "Scan QR". Two to four people can play, and computer cats fill the empty seats. Every player needs their own Friends Pass, a one-time purchase.
I bought the Friends Pass. How do I get it on a new device?
Tap "Play with friends", then "Restore purchases" on the pass screen, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I delete my online data?
Open the menu during a match, choose "More", then "Privacy", then "Delete online data". Details are in the Privacy Policy. Your Friends Pass can be restored again later with the same Apple Account.
The game runs slowly or the device gets warm.
Close other apps and let the device cool down. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model.

よくある質問
チュートリアルをもう一度見るには?
対戦中にメニューを開き、「その他」から「チュートリアルを再体験」を選びます。
音量、振動、画面揺れを変えるには?
対戦中にメニューを開くと、最初のページで変更できます。
進行状況はどこに保存されますか?
お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。アプリを削除すると設定と対戦記録も消え、元に戻すことはできません。
友達と遊ぶには?
「友達と遊ぶ」を押します。ひとりが部屋を作って招待コードを伝え（「QR表示」でQRコードも出せます）、ほかの人はコードを入力するか「QR読取」で読み取ります。2〜4人で遊べ、空いた席にはコンピューターの猫が入ります。遊ぶ人それぞれにフレンドパス（買い切り）が必要です。
購入したフレンドパスを新しい端末で使うには?
購入したときと同じAppleアカウントで、「友達と遊ぶ」→ パスの画面の「購入を復元」を押してください。
オンラインのデータを削除するには?
対戦中にメニューを開き、「その他」→「プライバシー」→「オンライン利用データを削除」を選びます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。フレンドパスは、あとで同じAppleアカウントで復元できます。
動作が重い、端末が熱くなる
他のアプリを終了し、端末が冷めるまで少し時間をおいてください。続く場合は、機種名を添えてメールでご連絡ください。
